The Indian mobile manufacturing startup and Micromax’s subsidiary, Yu Televentures is making itself a trending gossip topic, thorough out the country. As the firm has launched a new mid-ranged smartphone, Yureka Plus after revealing the selling dates for the budget handset Yu Yuphoria and the fitness band YuFit. The Yu Yureka Plus smartphone is a upgraded version of earlier launch Yu Yureka.
The company has announced that their handset will be sold on Amazon via flash sale model at Rs. 9,999. The flash sale will commence on July 24 at 12:00 pm. The Indian consumers can avail the all new Yureka Plus in an ‘Alabaster White’ colour option or they can buy a Moondust colour variant.
The 4G smartphone runs on CyanogenOS 12, which is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop backed by a 64 bit 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa core chip that is bundled with a 2GB DDR3 RAM. On the memory front, the handset manufacturer has provided a 16 GB of internal storage coupled with the 128 GB microSD card support.
It is fronted with a 5.5-inch full-HD display with 1920×1080 pixels of resolution and a 5 megapixel of user-facing camera with 71-degree field of view. Meanwhile, the back of the handset features a 13 megapixel of primary image capturing camera with f2.2 aperture and 1080p video shooting capability.
The Yu Yureka Plus comes with dual-SIM card slots, 3G, 4G (CAT 4, including TDD-LTE, Indian 4G bands), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, 3.5mm stereo audio jack and Micro-USB 2.0, as connectivity options. In addition, a 2500 mAh of battery is provided with the handset, which is claimed by the firm to fuel up the device for 210 hrs of standby time.
