In this heartening video, he talks about all unfortunate expectations by the society from a woman and how she has just been silenced by others over the years. He urges women to stop making any sacrifice for the hackneyed conventions of the social order and do not let anybody describe their lifestyle choices for them. ”

Not only Amitabh Bachchan but also a few well-known names from Bollywood have come ahead to voice their concern about the issues faced by the female counterparts in the society. They have unmitigated their hand to lend hand women in order to fight against the norms that only pretend to be enormously neutral with no cryptogram of gender bias. However, it is disheartening that the even after many efforts, reality is still far at the back as women are obligated to live a life full of conciliation and compromise.

He also mentioned, “A right cannot be silenced.”

This year, Rio Olympics witnessed the highest participation by women i.e. 45 per cent and Indian women, P.V. Sindhu, Sakshi Malik and Deepa Malik brought glory for the nation. It is high time for public to realize that women can not only be excellent homemakers but, they are also proficient enough to fit in through many spheres of life unaccompanied. Therefore, they shouldn’t be just confined within the four walls of the house. Give them their chance and an opportunity to live a life of their dreams.

We should support the concept of Women Empowerment because India can be considered as a fully developed nation only when men and women are seen as an equal.
